This beautiful home is set in a large leafy plot, and the family who occupy it have a love of the beach and water; Cornwall and the Lake District, so this is something that has influenced our design choices throughout the rooms we’ve designed to date.
The living room is a space for reading, piano playing and also movie watching. The client’s artwork and love of a calming colour palette were the inspiration for the furnishings in this room. Romo’s leafy Sumba print and complimentary Sarouk collection fabrics were perfect for this room with Neptune Chichester furniture.
The Entrance hall has been transformed with a bespoke footstool for hiding school bags whilst providing somewhere to sit when putting shoes on. The radiator cover is a welcome addition to elevate the look of the space, with a mirror above to help bounce the light around.
The new door curtain is perfect for privacy and warmth. The beautiful Samuel and Son border detail is one of our favourite elements of this design!
The playroom has been updated to reflect the age and activity of its occupants! We’ve kept this space sunny and upbeat, with storage from Tyklo, Samsung frame TV, Sanderson Port Isaac fabrics, and gorgeous artwork from Bert and Bouy. The bespoke ottoman in Linwood fabric offers additional storage, whilst the large rug warms and softens the room.
The study has been painted a beautiful calm green, with brighter contrasting roman blind and complimentary lighting.
